Recently, in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, a 12-year-old boy has gained attention for his impressive ball-handling skills while standing on a bench.

The young boy stands on the bench, dribbling two basketballs simultaneously with ease. The balls move seamlessly between the ground and the bench, his movements smooth and rhythmically controlled. Even more astonishingly, he can effortlessly move the bench while dribbling, making it appear as if the bench is a skateboard under his feet, entirely at his command.

The boy’s father, Mr Zhao, explained that their family has a tradition of practising martial arts, which may have contributed to his son's physical coordination and unique training methods. His son has been committed to warming up by dribbling on the bench every day—a distinctive training routine he has maintained for over five years.
