Tourist tackles Turkish ice cream seller in Thailand
A tourist tackled a Turkish ice cream seller as he played his tricks at a market in Thailand.
Footage shows the visitior Chanissa Treethipkaiwanphon taking a cone from the dessert vendor in Bangkok on January 8.
She cheered even when the sugar cone did not have a cream and returned it to the seller.
Chanissa let the vendor perform his tricks, trying to take the treat from his long pole and even laughing when he gave her a large scoop.
Eventually, she was served the ice cream after a failed high five.
Chanissa said: 'I was walking around eating at Barattong and saw a newly opened Turkish ice cream shop. There were a lot of people crowding around, so I went in to check it out.
'At first, I told myself that I would never eat Turkish ice cream in this life because I do not like it. I was afraid of them playing around because I'm an introvert. But I decided to give it a try. I was confused but it was fun.'
Turkish ice cream, also known as dondurma, is a traditional type of ice cream that is unique in its texture and presentation. Vendors are famous for their playful and entertaining serving style, often involving tricks and sleight-of-hand performances.
