Car plunges into river and passersby rush to rescue trapped motorists in China
On January 31st, in Heyuan, Guangdong, a female driver made an error while driving and accidentally drove her car into a roadside river, leaving the vehicle upside down with all four wheels in the air. Both the female driver and a male passenger were trapped inside.
A passing man noticed the incident and immediately jumped into the river to rescue them. The male passenger managed to escape on his own and then joined the passerby in helping to free the female driver.
Fortunately, the water was not deep, and both the driver and passenger sustained only minor injuries.
