Earthquake and tsunami disaster simulation involves hundreds of children with disabilities in Padang
The West Sumatra Provincial Disaster Management Agency held an earthquake and tsunami disaster simulation at the Special School in Padang Sarai, Koto Tangah District, Padang, Saturday, April 26, 2025 morning.
As many as one hundred and thirty special needs children who attend the special school were involved in disaster and tsunami simulations. They were given an understanding of what to do when an earthquake or tsunami occurs.
When an earthquake or potential tsunami occurs, these children with special needs are directed to a safe location to avoid the tsunami disaster.
