Cape Canaveral, United States - May 06, 2025 SpaceX launched 28 more Starlink V2 Mini satellites into low Earth orbit on Tuesday night. The Starlink 6-93 mission marked the company’s 470th Falcon 9 rocket launch. Liftoff occurred at 9:17 p.m. EDT from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The mission added to the growing Starlink constellation, which now includes over 7,300 satellites. The Falcon 9 booster used for this launch, B1085, completed its seventh mission. It had previously launched Crew-9, Fram2, Blue Ghost Mission 1, and GPS 3 Space Vehicle 07. Eight minutes after liftoff, the booster landed on the droneship "Just Read the Instructions." This was the 119th successful landing for that droneship and the 442nd overall Falcon 9 booster landing. Weather concerns, including anvil and cumulus clouds, did not interfere with the launch.
