Motorcycle rider's jumping pet sugar glider gives tourist a surprise
This is the amusing moment a motorcycle rider's pet sugar glider jumped at a passing tourist.
Footage shows the motorist extending his hand toward the holidaymaker, prompting the agile marsupial to leap onto his bag in Pattaya, Thailand.
The tiny flying creature can be seen climbing onto the vacationer's hand, seemingly seeking attention and affection on May 11.
The woman then attempted to coax the animal further onto her hand, and the sugar glider eventually settled comfortably in her palm as she gently petted it.
Moments later, the animal calmly walked towards her and lounged in her hand, appearing relaxed and content.
She then signalled the pet owner to retrieve the creature so he carefully grabbed his pet before walking away and chatting with his friends nearby.
Sugar gliders are small, social, and nocturnal marsupials known for their friendly, curious, and playful behaviour. When properly bonded with their human caretakers, they often enjoy interaction through climbing, gliding, and close physical contact.
