Los Angeles, United States - May 25, 2025 05/25/2025 01:47 am GMT-0700 SILVER LAKE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A woman was rushed to a trauma center early Sunday morning after being stabbed in the chest in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, authorities said. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. in the 4300 block of Sunset Boulevard. Officers with the LAPD’s Northeast Division responded to a 911 call reporting that a woman had stabbed another woman. Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department transported the victim to a nearby trauma center. Her condition was not immediately known. As of 2:40 a.m., police continued to hold the crime scene. While LAPD has not confirmed whether the suspect was officially arrested, one person was detained at the scene as part of the ongoing investigation.
