Israel: The Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Eyal Zamir, held a situational assessment at the Air Force Pit with the Air Force Commander
Israel - June 15, 2025 The Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Eyal Zamir, held a situational assessment today at the Air Force Pit with the Air Force Commander, Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar, the Air Force Chief of Staff, the Head of Air Operations, and additional commanders. The Chief of Staff visited the defense and attack cells during the Air Force strikes in Tehran and expressed his great appreciation for their actions. From the words of the Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Eyal Zamir: "The offensive operations we are conducting in Iran are changing the strategic reality of the State of Israel. We are removing an existential threat and establishing our security. The IDF, through the Air Force, has completed paving the way to Tehran, striking the regime's infrastructure and nuclear program with precision and breadth in a way the enemy did not anticipate. The defense and home front effort is critical. I wish to extend condolences to the families of the fallen and call on everyone to continue showing responsibility and adhering to the Home Front Command's instructions. A strong home front gives us the strength to continue our mission. We will continue to act with determination, strength, responsibility, and in cooperation with all security branches—until all our objectives are achieved."
