Los Angeles, United States - June 27, 2025 06/26/2025 10:51 pm GMT-0700 KOREATOWN, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Emergency responders were dispatched to a traffic collision late Thursday evening in Koreatown. The incident occurred at the intersection of South Vermont Avenue and San Marino Street, specifically near the 900 block of South Vermont Avenue. The Los Angeles Fire Department and the Los Angeles Police Department's Olympic Division officers arrived at the scene shortly after the call came in at 10:51 p.m. The collision involved a motorcycle and a person pushing a shopping cart in the roadway. Authorities pronounced one person deceased at the scene, while the LAFD transported another individual to a local hospital. The condition of the person transported remains unknown, and it is unclear which party was killed in the incident.
