GAZA, PALESTINE - JUNE 27, 2025: Footage captured the moment an Israeli strike targeted the home of the al-Sus family in the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza on Friday, June 27. The attack caused extensive destruction, reducing multiple buildings to rubble and turning vehicles into wreckage. In the aftermath, residents of the camp inspected the damage to their homes and the surrounding area. Meanwhile, a series of Israeli airstrikes and artillery attacks across the Gaza Strip since Friday morning killed at least 54 Palestinians, including nine aid seekers, as Israel’s genocidal war on the besieged enclave continues unabated. Rejecting international calls for a ceasefire, the Israeli army has pursued its genocide against Gaza since October 2023, killing nearly 56,300 Palestinians, most of them women and children. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
