US, Los Angeles: Riverside County The Juniper Fire Prompts Evacuations
Los Angeles, United States - June 30, 2025 06/30/2025 11:30 am GMT-0700 RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. – Firefighters are battling a brush fire known as "The Juniper Fire," which has grown to 560 acres with no containment as of now. Evacuations have been ordered in the area surrounding the fire, which began near the 19300 block of Ann Way. Horses were seen being evacuated from the vicinity. Firefighters are launching an aggressive aerial attack, utilizing fixed-wing aircraft to drop fire retardant and rotor-wing aircraft to drop water. The cause of the fire remains unknown, and it is unclear whether any injuries have occurred.
