VARIOUS OF DAMAGED STRUCTURESQUENITRA, SYRIA - JULY 3, 2025: Fifteen civilian homes were completely destroyed during an Israeli military raid in the southwestern Syrian province of Quneitra, local sources reported. The incident occurred in the village of Hamidiye, where Israeli forces, without prior warning, ordered 15 families to evacuate their homes late at night. Shortly after the forced evacuations, military bulldozers demolished the two-story residential buildings. Following the destruction, Israeli troops established military outposts in the area, effectively occupying the land. Hamidiye Village, home to approximately 12,000 people, has seen increased Israeli military activity in recent months. Residents reported that Israeli forces had set up a military post in the area six months ago but claimed there had been no prior tensions. Although they were recently told they might retrieve their belongings, no warning was given before the demolition. There has been no official statement from Israeli officials regarding the incident.
