Phoenix, United States - July 14, 2025 07/13/2025 09:45 pm GMT-0700 YOUNGTOWN, Ariz. – Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies and firefighters from Sun City responded to reports of two pedestrians struck by a vehicle near the 12800 block of North 111th Avenue in Youngtown around 9:45 p.m. Sunday. According to information gathered at the scene, two pedestrians were transported to a nearby trauma center. The pedestrians have yet to be identified, and their conditions have yet to be confirmed. MCSO established a hard closure for 111th Avenue, spanning from Oakmont Drive to Tennessee Avenue. Deputies are investigating the incident. A large scene was established around two stationary pickup trucks.
