He immediately ensured the occupants were safe, retrieved a fire extinguisher from his personal vehicle, and attempted to put out the flames. When additional resources arrived, Giblin shared crucial information with the responding crew and assisted as requested. His quick thinking, courage, and dedication helped contain the fire to the garage. Thankfully, all occupants escaped unharmed, and the fire did not spread further. Though he did not act for recognition, this incident highlights the commitment and heart firefighters bring to their communities, on and off duty.
