Boy leaps into paddy field to escape pursuing cow in China
On 11 August, in Foshan, Guangdong, a cow suddenly went out of control and frantically chased a boy. In a panic, the boy leapt into a paddy field to escape, and the cow immediately lunged in after him. Once in the water, the cow stopped its pursuit.
The video’s uploader said the boy was unharmed, and suggested the cow might have gone mad from the extreme heat. The animal has since been killed by its owner.
