US, Los Angeles: East Hollywood Water Main Break
Los Angeles, United States - September 10, 2025 09/10/2025 02:00 am GMT-0700 EAST HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police officers and the fire department responded to a water main break at the intersection of Western Avenue and Fernwood. Officials arrived to find that an underground water main had ruptured, sending water spilling onto the streets and sidewalks. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power was requested to assist with the situation. Western Avenue was closed between Fountain Avenue and Sunset Boulevard while crews worked on the repairs.
