Sorsogon, Philippines - September 26, 2025 Tropical Cyclone Bualoi “Opong” is the 15th tropical cyclone for 2025 in the Philippine that brought heavy rain and wind up to maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 150 km/h.
