Phoenix, United States - September 27, 2025 09/27/2025 12:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix Fire Department Press Release: "Firefighters were dispatched to the area of 16th St. and Indian School Rd around 2 AM for the reports of a structure fire. Crews arrived and found heavy smoke coming from the roof of the La Santisima Taco Shop. Firefighters quickly secured multiple supply lines and extended hand lines into the interior of the building for a fire attack. Due to the size of the structure and production of smoke command immediately balanced the assignment to a first alarm. A ladder company was sent to the roof for vertical ventilation. Crews were able to knock down the flames preventing extension to an adjacent structure.
