The Bed is Dangerous!
The father's simple mission to put his baby down for a nap turned into an impossible operation. Each time he attempted to place the infant on the bed, the baby erupted into tears before even making contact. The dad, hoping for a different outcome, gave it one more careful try. The result was the same--loud, dramatic wailing the second he approached the mattress. Ultimately, the father admitted defeat and lifted the baby away from the dreaded sleeping spot, soothed by the immediate silence that followed.
