Los Angeles, United States - October 09, 2025 10/09/2025 02:30 am GMT-0700 DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Central Area officers with the California Highway Patrol reported a crash at the intersection of 18th Street and Figueroa. Emergency services were called after a male was found lying on the ground, unconscious but breathing. At one point, CHP officers began performing CPR on the man until the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived. The man was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, though his condition remains unknown. It is unclear whether the man was the driver or a passenger, as he was found on the passenger side of the vehicle. The car had reportedly collided with both a light pole and a tree. The impact from the crash sent debris flying onto the sidewalk and into an adjacent business, identified as Byd Motors. The windows were shattered, and several high-end Porsche vehicles on display were covered in glass debris.
