A cyclist learned a tough lesson about safe passing distance when his handlebar clipped a moped delivery box, causing him to fall. Watch how quickly a minor mistake could have led to a serious collision. Fortunately no-one was injured. It is a good demonstration how an unexpected accident could send a cyclist sideways into the path of another road user. In this case he fell sideways about 1.5 meters which is the recommended minimum distance when passing a cyclist.
