Berlin, Germany - November 12, 2025 BERLIN, 12 November 2025. Footage from inside the courtoom as the Berlin Administrative Court considers two lawsuits brought by Palestinians against Germany's arms exports to Israel. The claimants argue the export licences for arms such as the MATADOR anti-tank weapon should be withdrawn because of the likelihood that they would be used in war crimes against the civilian population of Gaza. The panel of judges retired to consider their decision, which may be announced later in the day (Wednesday 12 November 2025). Case references VG 4 K 45/24 and VG 4 K 130/24. SHOTLIST: 1.
