TIRANA, ALBANIA - NOVEMBER 21, 2025: Albania hosted the Regional Leaders' Summit on the Growth Plan titled "Our Pathway to EU" on Friday at the Palace of Brigades in Tirana.
Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed EU Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Council of Ministers Chairwoman Borjana Kristo, Montenegro’s Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, North Macedonia's Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski and Serbia's Prime Minister Djuro Macut. Senior representatives from the European Commission and regional organizations also attended the meeting, which brought together leaders from the Western Balkans.
Following the summit, Rama and Kos held a joint press conference.
The discussions focused on the EU Growth Plan, economic integration and the region’s transformation toward integration with the European Union’s Single Market.
