US, Los Angeles: Northridge Traffic Signal Mysteriously Catches Fire
Los Angeles, United States - November 25, 2025 11/25/2025 02:12 am GMT-0800 NORTHRIDGE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Fire Department crews were dispatched for reports of a pole fire in Northridge early Tuesday morning. At approximately 2:12 a.m., crews arrived at the intersection of Reseda Boulevard and Roscoe Boulevard, near 18500 W. Roscoe Blvd., and discovered a traffic signal pole ablaze, with smoke billowing from the signal heads and streetlight. The fire was quickly extinguished, and the cause remains under investigation.
