Truck smashes into overhead sign forcing closure of Interstate 70 in Ohio
A truck smashed into an overhead highway sign in Ohio, bringing it down and causing chaos for motorists.
The dramatic collision occurred on Interstate 70 in Columbus on Thursday, November 20.
Footage shows the vehicle coming to a halt after striking two overhead signs, one of which collapsed while the other was damaged.
A sedan following the lorry narrowly avoided being hit by the fallen structure.
Police quickly shut down the highway, and Ohio Department of Transportation crews later used cranes to lift the fallen sign back into place. No injuries were reported.
