Footage shows Pete Lambert, dressed in a black dobok with a matching face covering, bowing in front of a camera before performing a sword technique in Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago.
He can be seen pacing side by side as he swings his sword on November 28.
Pete then ended the demonstration by dropping onto one knee and sliding the sword into a casing attached to his waist before bowing again.
