A Frontier Airlines passenger has gone viral after posting a video describing what she called humiliating treatment by a flight attendant. The clip, shared on TikTok by Gisselle, has now surpassed 1 million views.

Gisselle explained she was travelling from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale with her infant and young son, who has ADHD and autism. She said the flight attendant initially blocked her from boarding with her stroller, despite her insistence that it was aircraft-approved. Once seated, she described feeling overwhelmed as the attendant returned to check her car seat, allegedly speaking in a loud and aggressive manner.

The attendant insisted that Gisselle prove the car seat was aircraft-approved and then picked up the baby seat with her 6-month-old inside, lifting it directly above her 6-year-old son. Gisselle said the moment left her frozen with anxiety as her baby cried, adding that the incident triggered painful memories of a past toxic relationship.

Later in the flight, she said she felt singled out again when attendants skipped passengers during snack sales, leaving her anxious and unsafe. By the time the plane landed, Gisselle said she was emotionally drained, embarrassed by pitying looks from fellow passengers, and deeply shaken by the experience. “My kids and I did not deserve this at all,” she wrote, adding that she hopes no other parent flying with children faces similar treatment.

since i got on the plane this flight attendant was giving me a hard time and made me feel so humiliated and degraded infront of my kids and the entire plane. so what happened was he blocked me from walking down the plane aisle initially and told me "you are not getting on with that (pointing at my stroller)" and i asked several times why?? and i kept telling him this stroller is aircraft approved and he continued to be very hostile and aggressive giving me strong looks and he finally moved out of the way and i found my way to my 3 assigned seats that i paid for thru this all i did not record and i was very overwhlemed with his actions and with the struggle of trying to sit dow with my infant and adhd/autistic son i. wanted to break down crying but i held it together beacuse i cannot let my kids whitness any aggression from my end ( i just got out of a toxic relationship and this Flight attenants actions was giving me flash backs ) when i finally sit down and settle my kids in and i finally put my luggage on the top of the plane struggling sooo much like this was not easy at all between the humiliation and the single mom struggles i froze with anxiety. this flight attendant comes back and says " let me see the car seat i need to check" veryyyy entittled and aggressive and i told him to give me a secong to take the baby out and he got super impatient and told me that was not necessary it was going to be quick. i honestly am going thru single mom struggles plus i am trying to heal from a toxic relationship breakup and i was very vulnerable during this time and currently. i trusted him and i let him do his job.He was very loud and impatient. when he picked my car seat with my baby in it i thought it would be quick and i thought he would know where to check. instead he very aggressively told me "HELP ME OUT HERE. HELP ME FIND THE STICKER, HURRY" my anxiety became worse and i froze and started to record becasue no way was this treatment okay i was scared and nervous i couldnt stop shaking and my baby couldnt stop crying. i cant even watch the video beacuse everytime i do i find myself shedding a tear, my kids and i did not deserve this at all. we were the most unproblamatic people on the plane. so after this escandal when the guy you see on the video started checking seat belts he tried to buckle my son in and i nicely told him its okay i got it. this behavior was reminding me so much of my narcacistic babydaddy. so then they started selling snacks they were picking random people to ask what they wanted to buy and they kept skipping people so i anxiously asked the boy with the blonde hair if i can buy an OJ and pringles for my son and he very intimidatingly smiled very hard in my face and said " OF COARSE " and i automatically thought to myself what is going on in this flight i dont feel safe this is very off, my chest felt so tight from the anxiety i couldnt speak or even take a nap despite me being so exhausted from the flight being delayed. when the plane landed in florida the guy behind me asked to help me with my luggage and i was so embarrssed with the looks of pitty people were giving me i just wanted to go home i was so depressed during the whole flight and even after the incident i am still damaged emotionally with this flight atttendants actions and approach i really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else especially anyone flying with kids.
