US, Phoenix: Phoenix Fatal Vehicle Vs Pedestrian Hit-And-Run Collision
Phoenix, United States - December 10, 2025 12/10/2025 03:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to initial reports of a possible injured person in the roadway on Indian School Road, east of 31st Avenue, around 3:00 a.m. According to the Phoenix Police Department at the scene, arriving officers located a male in the eastbound lanes who had been struck by a vehicle. Phoenix Fire Department crews arrived moments later and pronounced the male deceased at the scene. The vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene prior to the arrival of first responders. A hard closure was established on Indian School Road between 31st Avenue and 30th Drive while detectives from the Phoenix Police Vehicular Crime Unit investigated the incident.
