Watch grilled squid cooked and served from street food stall
This is the mouth-watering moment a street food vendor grilled a squid, lightly charring it with a butane torch before serving.
Footage shows the seller directing a flame onto the skewered seafood as it sits on the grill at a night market in Bangkok, Thailand.
He can be seen placing the grilled squid into a plastic cup with a small leaf of lettuce, cilantro, and a generous serving of sauce on December 8.
Sirinda Phiewkliang, who purchased the savoury treat, was delighted with the snack.
Sirinda said: 'It is so good. This is a grilled squid. It is tender and chewy, and at the same time, it has a lovely smoky flavour. It is also really spicy and sour. I really love it!'
