The gas leak in Dhanbad's Kenduadih area has sparked widespread outrage. The continuous deaths have created an atmosphere of panic throughout the area.Local people have accused the coal management of negligence and have announced a fight to the finish.
Regarding the matter, the Putki Zonal Officer stated that information was received about a man's body being brought there. An administration team has arrived at the scene and is investigating.
Meanwhile, local resident Krishna Rawat directly blamed the coal management, saying they had been warned a week ago.that the Naya Dhauda area has high gas content and requires borehole drilling and nitrogen filling.But no attention was paid to this. They allege that this negligence has resulted in the third death.
People say that if concrete action had been taken in time, these precious lives could have been saved. Now this fight will be a do-or-die one, and the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances.
It should be noted that 40-year-old Surendra Singh, a resident of Naya Dhauda in Kenduadih, slept in his room last night. However, when his family members went to wake him on Tuesday morning, he was motionless.
He was then rushed to Shaheed Nirmal Mahto Medical College Hospital (SNMMCH) for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.Surendra Singh was reportedly a member of the Janata Mazdoor Sangh. His sudden death has caused panic and outrage in the area.
