The fires triggered by the airstrikes were later taken under control, the emergency service said in a statement.
No casualties were reported yet.
On Tuesday, a Russian airstrike killed four people and injured six others in the Kharkiv region, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said.
In a statement, the service said 30 people were removed from the rubble and that search and rescue efforts were ongoing.
Independent verification of claims from both Russia and Ukraine remains challenging due to the ongoing conflict.
Kharkiv, located roughly 30 kilometers (19 miles) from the Russian border, has been regularly targeted by airstrikes amid the ongoing conflict.
