Footage video of two cars racing and crashing into each other on an expressway near Zibo, Shandong Province, went viral online on Monday. In the video, a black car tried to pass a white SUV, but was blocked off many times. The black car finally hit the SUV, causing its own bumper to fall off. The two vehicles continued to hit each other and in the end, the SUV was forced to stop. An investigation is underway by Shandong authorities.
淄博：山东高速路两车斗气"自杀式撞击" 警方介入调查
G20青银高速淄博段往青岛方向，两车其中一辆疑悬挂潍坊牌号，“两位司机这是杠上了啊，自杀式撞击”。
高速路上一辆白色越野车和一辆黑色小轿车前后行驶，黑色轿车多次想超越越野车，但均被挡住，随后轿车多次撞向越野车；撞击后黑色轿车的后保险杠脱落于高速路上，致使后车减速避让；其间，黑色轿车一度与白色越野车互相逼停，在追出数百米后轿车赶上越野车，两车齐头并进，轿车猛加速别向越野车，导致后车撞上高速护栏，轿车随后加速逃离。

目前，山东省公安厅高速公路交通警察总队已介入调查，截至澎湃新闻发稿，具体调查及处理结果尚未公布。
上海申伦律师事务所主任律师马文斌就视频分析指出，两车在高速上存在追逐竞驶的行为，且互相撞击，已涉嫌危险驾驶。
