Backyarder summit in Cape Town
Communities from across ct attended a backyarders summit held at the castle in Cape Town. It was hosted by the South African human rights commission in conjunction with minority activist group Gatvol Capetonians.
The summit aimed to provide a platform to backyarders to voice their dismay at the conditions and slow pace of social housing rollouts in the cape metropole.
