A passenger climbed out a window after a bus he was on became stuck in traffic in southern China.

Video filmed in the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province on November 8 shows a man climbing out of a bus through a window as the vehicle stopped in traffic.

According to the filmer Mr Wang, the man attempted to ask the driver to open the door to let him get off after the bus was stranded in the traffic for around 10 minutes.

Since the driver refused, the man left the bus through its window.

The driver then opened the door to let the passengers who were in a rush get off after the man left.

Wang said he had waited for around an hour until the bus could start to move again.

11月8日，广东广州。王先生在乘坐公交时，记录下一男子因堵车，公交车停滞不前，与司机沟通下车未果后开窗翻下车的场景。有人认为司机不通人情，应理解乘客心情。也有人认为乘客此举很危险，司机也是处于安全考虑。王先生介绍，公交车行驶的这路段比较堵，这名男子看起来比较着急，堵车10分钟左右就去找司机协商是否能开门，遭到拒绝后便开窗翻下车了。男子下车五六分钟后司机感觉可能堵车较久，就开门让着急的乘客下车了。自己未下车，该路堵了一个小时左右车辆才正常行驶。
