Police and firefighters rescue man who fell through frozen lake in China
Property management, police officers, and firefighters rescued a man trapped in a frozen lake in northern China.
Video filmed in the city of Changchun in Jilin Province on November 28 shows a property management worker passing a plank to the man trapped in the icy lake and a police officer crawling along the ice surface to approach him.
In another video, a fireman tied by safety ropes ran to the trapped man with a life buoy.
After the fireman put the life buoy onto the man trapped in the frozen lake and held him to his chest, a group of people then pulled the safety ropes together to bring them back to safety gradually.
After around seven minutes, the man was saved. He was then taken away by an ambulance.
The man reportedly has stable life signs.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
