An SUV moved away from a railway track just one second before a train drove past in eastern China.

CCTV footage filmed in the city of Zibo in Shandong Province on December 3 shows a truck pushing a black SUV forward gradually until it was on the railway track.

After the truck stopped moving, the passengers in the SUV came out of the vehicle.

The truck then reversed back immediately.

Since the train was coming whilst sounding a loud train whistle, passengers got into the SUV and the vehicle moved forward to leave the track.

The train was seen driving past the track just a second after the SUV moved away.

According to the local police, the truck could not stop in time, pushing the SUV onto the track. No casualties were reported.

The police are dealing with the case.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
