A toddler was spotted walking along a ledge of a 28-storey building in eastern China.

The terrifying video was filmed in the city of Bozhou in Anhui Province on December 6.

A woman named Zhang saw the scene and reported it to the property management.

According to the manager of the property firm, Mr Tao, an elderly person took some children to play on the building's roof.

Tao said: "The children all looked like around three or four years old and they were less than one metre tall. The toddler in the video was probably carried onto the ledge by other children."

The property management staff went to the site immediately after they received the report, but the children were no longer on the roof anymore.

晶宫和府小区物业经理陶先生介绍，12月6日下午，一老人带着小孩去顶楼玩耍，“那几个小孩都是三、四岁的样子，没有1米高，视频中在楼顶奔跑的小孩应该是被其他几个小孩扶上去的。”
陶先生说，事件发生后，物业工作人员已第一时间赶往现场，到场时小孩已经不在楼顶，工作人员已找到几个小孩的家长，家长对小孩进行了教育。（视频由张女士提供）
