Black and White Chickens are Good Friends
Two chickens, one black and one white, dubbed 'Gary and Suzanne' by the students at my school are great friends. They hang out on the school oval day after day. They enter and leave the school grounds through a hole in the fence and either live in the forest or a neighbouring property.
It struck me as I was watching them that they just seemed so content and the colour of their feathers didn't get in the way of their relationship.
On reflection, I thought we might all be able to learn something from these two chickens.
