How to build a mosquito trap Lifehack N690
Using a plastic bottle, duct tape, hot wire, yeast and sugar build a simple mosquito and bug trap.
Cut the top off the bottle using a knife or hot wire.
Invert the top of the bottle into the base of the bottle to act as a funnel.
Add sugar, water and yeast to the bottle. When the yeast ferments it produces carbon dioxide which attracts the mosquitoes (humans exhale carbon dioxide in their breath) and they fly down into the bottle through the funnel and then get trapped, eventually drowning in the liquid.
