ARCHIVE: Australian businessman, 70, falls to his death while parasailing
This is the tragic moment Australian businessman Roger Hussey, 70 , fell to his death while parasailing in Phuket, Thailand.
The pensioner from Melbourne had been holidaying in the country when he visited Kata Beach with his Thai wife, Budsabong, filmed him.
But moments after ascending he came loose from the harness and plunged some 100ft into shallow water. He was later pronounced dead at hospital.
This distressing footage was initially supplied to reporters by Budsabong at the scene and then later supplied by police.
