The security guards and zoo visitors tried to help a toddler named Putri 1.5 years old who had a seizure and suddenly fainted around 5.30 p.m Tuesday evening, June 26, 2017.

According to her parents, before being taken to the holiday, Putri just recovered after a hot pain. The torrential rain and jostling with other visitors at the zoo makes the Putri's health condition deteriorate.

The absence of a medical officer at a security post was forced to make security officers intervene trying to provide emergency medical assistance. Putri's shirt and her father were released to give warmth to the Putri's body by means of her. Her parents then took Putri to the nearest pediatrician.
