Dashcam footage of a construction truck making a woman in a wheelchair fall to the ground.

The video, shot on November 1 near Toronto, Canada, captures the moment the unsuspecting driver drove too close to the woman and clipped her wheelchair.

Right after the incident, two construction workers and the driver can be seen running to help her sit back onto the chair.

"At the beginning of the video you can see a worker run towards the back of the truck to help guide the driver, unsure as to why he didn't ask or assist the victim to move out of the way in the first place," the filmer wrote online.

As I was pulling up to a construction area on my street, my dash-cam captured a lady in a wheelchair who was positioned on the sidewalk either waiting to get past the truck or just watching the Construction activity.
The driver seemed to be unaware of her presence at all or her proximity to his truck, when he was backing up the front bumper of the truck snagged her wheelchair and took her down with it. At the beginning of the video you can see a worker run towards the back of the truck to help guide the driver, unsure as to why he didn't ask or assist the victim to move out of the way in the first place.
