Ladyboy attacks tourist who rebuffed offer of sex
This is the bizarre moment a ladyboy attacks a tourist - after he rebuffed her offer of sex.
Vithoune Latdy, 29, approached Mohammad Makhmali, 35, on Pattaya's Walking Street on Monday morning at 4.30am.But a confrontation ensued when the holidaymaker rebuffed her ''aggressive'' advances. Vithoune - in leopard print dress - hurled her stiletto at Mohammad before another ladyboy launched a flying karate kick at him. The transsexual prostitutes chased the tourist, from Iran, down the street before attacking him with a broom.
Several punches were thrown before the scuffle dispersed and police on the bustling red light strip stepped in. Officers interviewed Mohammad and Vithoune before both were fined 500 baht over the disturbance.
Mohammad told officers he was looking for a shop to buy sweets when the ladyboy came up to him to offer him sex. He said: ''I was not interested in them. I was just looking for something sweet to eat. He was very aggressive to me and I just did not want to be involved.'' Vithoune, who is originally from Laos, apologised for the incident and told police she would not attack tourists again.
Police Captain Tanin Pachai Phongsai said: ''We have spoken to both sides of the argument and they both blame each other. The ladyboy asked the tourist to go with him for sex, which he declined, and then an argument began. Both men have been fined 500 baht each for 'use of physical harm to others causing harm to the body or mind'. Any disputes should always be settled by a police officer. There are tourist police in the area at all times who can help.
