Electricians replace a street lamp, without safety harness or hard hats.
Took this video from my front garden today (June 28th, 2018). This is how they replace street lamps around here, its kind of scary, and not for the faint hearted. No safety measures whatsoever, no boots, no helmets no harness, and on top of this they move to the next lamp post while still on the scaffolding, unbelievable.
