This is the moment a man was left fighting for his life after he toppled from him cart during a dangerous horse drag race. Onlookers said they were travelling at around 50mph in the middle of the road when he was thrown from his flimsy-looking wooden cart in the road. Footage shows carts, horses and bikes crashing into him from behind, while he remained stretched out unconscious on the road in Kolhapur district in India. One local said: "It is being said that the cart racing was organised on the occasion of a girl’s birthday and the man had come from a neighbouring village to take part in the racing game.
