Overflowing River, Interrupted Airport Railroad Access
The high rainfall intensity causes the Banda Bakali river flow in Padang City, West Sumatra, Indonesia to overflow (2 November 2018). River flooding was also triggered by the construction of railroads that caused the river to flow. As a result of this river overflow, train access from Minangkabau International Airport to Simpang Haru Station and vice versa is disturbed. River currents reached the railroad, causing the train to not pass.
