This unlucky motorcylist and his pillion passenger were wiped out at a junction after an out-of-control pickup truck skidded straighrt into them. The man and his female partner pulled up to the crossroads while waiting for a chance to move off in Samut Sakhon, central Thailand on March 22. But when a green double decker coach pulled out - and blocked the road to oncoming traffic - a silver Isuzu pickup truck had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting the bus. Unfortuantelty, it skidded to its left and ploughed straight into the couple. The woman was seen trying to jump off the bike but she couldn't get away in time and the vehicle collided with her and the male rider - sending them both in the air. Both of the injured victims survived after being taken to hospital. Motorist Chanchai, said: ''I feel sorry for the couple because they didn't do anything wrong. They were waiting for the right time to cross. I ran out and gave them first aid and they were concious. An ambulance took them to hospital.''
