6月30日晚，甘肃酒泉，公司员工因未完成业绩被罚跪地爬行。经求证，爬行者称自己是店老板，因为没完成立下的“军令状”才如此，算是自己罚自己，和员工无关。老板还说当晚爬行了3公里，从店里一直爬到钟鼓楼，算是自己的一种成长。后来还招来了警察，但已经和警察解释，警察只做了一个登记，也没有什么事。
