6月28日下午，在常德城区建设路发生一起交通事故，监控显示一辆白色越野车，在十字路口连续撞上电动车和黑色轿车后发生侧翻。
6月28日下午1点34分，一辆正在左转弯通过路口的白色越野车，行进中方向突然偏移，连续撞上电动车和黑色轿车后发生侧翻。事故导致三车受损，电动车主受伤，所幸电动车主避让及时，仅腿部一点皮外擦伤。接警后，常德交警直属一大队民警赶往现场处置。
民警经现场调查和调取监控视频综合分析后认定，事故是由于白色小车中的女驾驶员在转弯过程中，发现前方有台电动车后，惊慌失措、操作不当所导致，将承担事故全部责任。
常德交警直属一大队事故中队民警 蔡行：就我们调查发现，这起事故的主要原因，是女司机姜某遇事惊慌，操作不当所引起的。我们现场对涉事机动车，进行了酒精含量测试，并没有发现酒驾的违法行为。
