9月9日，江苏南通，从监控视频上可以看见，电瓶车在非机动车道上逆行时突然靠边，对面驶来的一辆汽车却毫无避让的意思。关键时刻，机敏的电瓶车女驾驶员及时跳车逃过一劫，而汽车则在撞翻电瓶车后，继续开上了路边的绿化带，撞倒了路边的红绿灯后翻倒在路边。所幸电瓶车驾驶员，发现汽车撞来时比较机敏，及时跳车躲避事故，双方都没有大碍，但是车辆损失比较严重，路边的交通设施也被损坏。据汽车驾驶员解释，自己当时有些打瞌睡，导致车辆偏离了行驶轨迹，驶入了非机动车道，撞向电瓶车。目前，这起事故还在处理之中。
